Here is how we verified they do not escape.
We either take the bottle/trap that has larvae in them, or we pour larvae into a bottle/trap. Then we place the bottle/trap with from 10 larvae to 200 larvae in a containment chamber as pictured below. Then we wait to the larvae hatch and see if they can get into the outer chamber which would mean they escape. In only one case so far have 4 out of 200 mosquitos exited the bottle/trap. I have done tests in house for over 40 containers.
We now have the assistance of a Medical Doctor who works for the government healthcare system. Being an unpaid uncompensated MD we believe he is he is independent. We deliver the below bottles/traps to him as shown and he observes if any escape over a 2 week period. One test is completed with him with over 50 mosquitos, none escaped. And now we are working on 4 more trials as seen below. Note we took two traps from an independent person who found larvae in his traps at his home and we placed these in containment vessels that the MD will observe and note.
Here are the 4 tests being witnessed by an independent person, an MD. They all have screen tops for air to enter. This testing should be completed by June 7, 2017.

the results are in for 3 of these 4 containers from a Medical Doctor witnessing this. Also, I delivered to him some more traps for his home, and he says there are live mosquitos flying around in his trap.

#1, Charlie 2 had a problem there was an opening in the seal so the mosquitos were able to escape all of them. This is actually good because it gives us proof that they are crafty and can find a way out if there is one. I have yet to see the opening they were getting away through.
#2, Dean 1, this was a bottle that I found larvae in and put in the containment container. None escaped to the external containment container. This experiment is not done as there are more mosquitos hatching. Below I will put in a picture of this one.
#3 Dean, Container small one, none escaped.
#4, Charlie 1, no mosquitos escaped out to the containment container.
Here is a picture of #2
Here is a picture of a failed unit #1 the seal opened up, and they found the opening. Shows again that my testing is accurate, one small mistake and they will escape. Almost a control.
This version I opened the back up at an approximately 45 degree slant for a larger easier landing surface.
Above is Doctor JUAN CARLOS USCANGA GARCIA of LaPaz, BCS Mexico. Employed by the Mexican Government as an ER Doctor. He is the MD who did my independent verification. On the last batch of the pictured 4 traps, we achieved a 100% containment rate as witnessed by him and 99% containment rate by me on a larger sample size. His containers had from 50-200 larvae that hatched in a 2-3 week period and not one could escape. He had no conflict of interest and was not paid to witness this, and is available to verify this..
This small trap was left in my residence and there are about 100-200 larvae in it. It is small as you can see with the reference size batteries to the right. We put the trap in a sealed clear containment container above with a screen hotglued to the top. We will see if any get out of the trap to the outside containment container. This is #3 Dean
This 3-liter trap has larvae that are close to hatching into mosquitos. It is in a containment container to allow them to exit if they can figure it out. This is #2 Dean 1.
